Charlotte, NC – On Friday, Joe Biden made a racist comment during a radio interview. He said that any black person that supported President Trump, they were not black. Now, it appears he has had a change of heart.
In a conversation with black leaders, Biden said he should not have been such a wise guy and cavalier. Â Biden suggests that he does not take any votes for granted and that no one should have to cast a vote based on race, religion, or background.
Another Biden advisor suggests that the statement was made in jest. The comments can be seen from Twitter below.
The comments made at the end of the Breakfast Club interview were in jest, but let’s be clear about what the VP was saying: he was making the distinction that he would put his record with the African American community up against Trump’s any day. Period.

These are the same Democrats that say President Trump means exactly what he says. So are they really going to give Joe Biden a free pass on this? It cannot happen.
Joe Biden has a history of racist comments. Fox News gives a great report that outlines those. The Democrats continue to ignore all of the issues with Joe Biden.
Biden’s gaffes are a liability and a problem for Democrats. He continues to cause division and issues on the campaign trail. They will not be able to keep hiding him.
While the left focuses on calling Trump a racist, it appears they are merely calling Trump what their presumed nominee is.
The Democrats cannot ignore this. To ignore it makes them all complacent and racist, if you go by their typical standard. The party leaders must speak out about these statements. Voters must pay attention as well.
These comments indicate that Democrats believe black voters are only capable of voting for a Democrat. These comments are condescending and unacceptable. A simple apology like this will not work when it’s obvious he meant what he said.
