Washington, DC – The historic St. John’s Church near the White House in Washington, DC, has been set on fire. Fox News was live with footage of the blaze which appeared to be in an office area of the church.

This is just one of the many fires around Washington, DC as protests again turned to riots across the country. The Associated Press reported that flames were in Lafayette Park across the street from the White House. Rioters were burning American flags and tree branches according to reports.
Cities across the country are seeing riots continue amid the death of George Floyd. Floyd died in Minneapolis while in police custody, and the officer has been arrested and charged with murder. Still, protesters and rioters across the country are out for justice.
