Washington, DC – Tuesday night, Shaquille O’Neal was on the Jimmy Kimmel Live! Show. He spoke out about the recent protests and said that he was disappointed in how the Trump administration was handling the demonstrations and riots. He made two comments that are worth noting. He said that he missed Obama and that he knew Obama would have done the right thing had he been President.
Why would anyone miss former President Obama amid this situation? He has a record that we can look at and see that he was far worse than what we currently have.
In an interview after one of the events in his Presidency, Obama admitted he did not react quickly enough and should have done more. He called for peace, but people did not listen to him and his requests. Obama’s response to riots across the country was simply talking.
While the media would have you to believe the riots are all Trump’s fault, you also have to remember that Obama was met with riots while he traveled. ‘Protestors’ were tear-gassed so Obama could get a PR stunt in Greece during his presidency. I guess everyone forgets that?
The racial divide in the country started during the Obama administration. During his administration, he was supposed to repair race relations across the country. Instead, we became even more divided. He was not the great unifier that the media and left would have you to believe he was.
So I ask the question again, why would anyone miss Obama? Obama handled the protests and violent riots miserably. The war he raged on the police and public service personnel was ridiculous.
The imaginary record that the left would like to pain of the former President is nothing short of asinine. Rather than being held accountable for his actions, Obama was allowed to enjoy rock star status and get away with anything. It’s evidenced based on the corruption that is being uncovered in his administration.
President Trump is not a perfect man, but he loves this country. He wants to make sure justice is served for this tragic death, but protect Americans and their property. A hardline stance is the only way to do that.
