Charlotte, NC — On Wednesday, Attorneys Lin Wood and Sidney Powell held a press conference in Alpharetta, Georgia. In that press conference, Lin Wood argued that Republicans should stay home and not vote in the run-off election in January for the last two Senate seats. His reason? Because those Republicans have not earned the vote.
Kelly Loeffler and David Perdue both did not attend the event. Wood said that the pair should be standing with them fighting the stealing of the election by Democrats. I do not disagree with the statement by Wood, they should be supporting Trump and Republican causes.
Wood continued by saying that if Loeffler and Perdue wanted your vote, they should be earning it. He said that Georgians should refuse to vote on Dominion software machines.
I understand the point that Wood was trying to make. He wants to argue that if Democrats stole the election this time, they could easily do it again. The problem is, there is another story that was brought to my attention that makes me question just what he is doing.
Breitbart has an article from Wednesday where they investigated voting records and the donation history of Lin Wood. For decades, he voted for and supported Democrats. He even donated to David Perdue’s opponent in 2014.
Breitbart also shared how Wood has not voted in the Republican primary in almost 20 years. In fact, he requested a Democratic ballot in the 2006, 2008, 2010, and 2018 primary elections in Georgia.
I don’t care if Lin Wood is wearing a MAGA hat, dressed in a Trump swimsuit, and singing a Trump theme song. There is no way that Republicans in Georgia can listen to this man and take his advice.
The control of the Senate is vitally important, and how are we to trust a man that openly donated to President Obama in 2008? Are we really to believe he is operating in the best interests of our country?
President Trump has openly supported both of these Senators. He and Vice President Pence are both helping campaign for them. Trump’s children are also helping, as Donald Trump Jr. campaigns for them both and is urging voters to support them.
Georgians must go out and vote in the election. They must focus on any irregularities. They must pay attention to all the details and report anything that seems odd.
Republicans must focus on poll watchers, vote counters, etc. Pay attention to mail-in ballots and make sure to scrutinize any questionable situations. Some will argue that there is no way to control the software. I understand that argument, but, again, Senate control is at stake and more important than ever.
If Republicans throw the election to the Democrats, Biden, if he enters the White House, will control of both chambers. His radical helper, Kamala Harris, will be the deciding vote, and they will run every socialist policy they can through Congress. Think about this; it’s about gun control, the Green New Deal, Medicare for all, universal income, housing, free education, and more.
If you live in Georgia and stand for any conservative principles, you must ignore Lin Wood. You have to do all you can to preserve our nation and save our freedom.
