Charlotte, NC — On Thursday of last week, House Democrats handed “would-be Democrat thought leader and power broker Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez a humiliating loss in her never ending question for a seat on the House Energy and Commerce Committee.
Ocasio-Cortez was dunked on in a stinging and loud defeat to Rep. Kathleen Rice (D-NY) in a 46-13.
This is a great indicator that Speaker Pelosi gets what she wants from the Democrat Caucus. And when she doesn’t? There is hell to pay, and AOC is no doubt paying hell as we speak after publicly calling for the ouster of Pelosi and Senate Minority Leader Chucky Schumer. She wanted the replaced by far left-wing lunatics just like her.
Ultimately, AOC might have lost this coveted seat in a “secret vote,” but there is little doubt that Madam Speaker was up to vacant eyeballs in the engineering of that vote.
This was all a result of Socialist Barbie AOC’s silly hysteria over all things climate. The House Energy and Commerce Committee maintains principal responsibility for legislative oversight relating to telecommunications, consumer protection, food and drug safety, public health, air quality and environmental health, the supply and delivery of energy, and interstate and foreign commerce.
As Streiff noted, the powerful committee would be “an ideal vehicle for AOC to use to grandstand while pushing Medicare For All, the $15 minimum wage, and destroying the US economy in creating her ridiculous job killing ‘Green New Deal.’”
Additionally, Pelosi unveiled committee assignments for the incoming freshman class, as reported by Fox News. Congresswoman-Elect Cori Bush, (D-MO), the first Black Lives Matter activist elected to serve in Congress. She was given a seat on the powerful House Judiciary Committee, which is charged with overseeing the administration of justice within the federal courts, administrative agencies, and Federal law enforcement entities.
With this resounding defeat, AOC is now 0-2 in her quest to have actual substance accompanying the bravado she’s constantly gracing us with daily.
I will never support @Blklivesmatter #Blklivesmatter until they denounce violence. Maybe you @CoriBush #CoriBush can help get that done.

Bush said she will use her seat to ‘affirm the dignity and humanity of Black and brown communities.”
“I ran for office on the promise of justice. Justice for Black lives. Justice for Michael Brown Jr. and Breonna Taylor. Justice for every community held back by racist systems and oppression. Today, I am proud to have been named to a committee with the power to bring about justice for all.”
In a show of pandering support for the LGBTQ community, Pelosi tapped another incoming freshman, New York Rep.-elect Mondaire Jones, reportedly the first openly gay Black man to serve in Congress, to join Bush on the House Judiciary Committee.
Jones gave an interview with The Most ‘Trusted’ Name in News™, host Wolf Blitzer, (sarcasm included) sounding relatively moderate — for a Democrat, that is.
The American people aren’t asking for a handout. They’re asking their government to help them survive a once-in-a-century pandemic that their President and Republicans in Congress made worse. https://t.co/5ZRldI1jb4

In the clip above, Jones sounds a lot like what you might expect especially his support for packing the Supreme Court. A definite should Democrats take control of the Senate. Jones made a novel of a tweet thread but the essence of his speech can be summed up in part with the following:
Jones said the following in a tweet: “Today, I was nominated to serve on @HouseJudiciary To say I’m honored would be an understatement. The committee has jurisdiction over so many vital issues that affect us: voting rights, the courts, antitrust, racial justice, LGBTQ+ rights.”
He continued saying, “Democracy is broken. Voter suppression is rampant. People of color are systematically excluded from our political process. And due to unjust campaign finance laws, the wealthy and well-connected have outsize control over our political process.”
These two freshmen-elect members to congress are two great examples of how far Left the House Democrat Cacus has moved and continues to move than Pelosi handing seats on two powerful House committees to a committed BLM, Inc. activist and an advocate for drastically and negatively impacting the US Supreme Court and the Judiciary as a whole. Both of these radicals want to drastically change and decimate America’s criminal justice system.
You would think the body blows the Democrats took on election night by losing significant ground in numbers would temper these types of moves, but clearly they haven’t learned their lesson as to why these losses happened. It looks like they’re fine with the status quo.
Unfortunately, we won’t have to wait very long to see how devastating Election Night November 1, 2022 will be for Democrats if they keep this madness up!
