Seattle, WA — Democratic Rep. Pramila Jayapal (WA) was recently diagnosed with the coronavirus after the chaos at the US Capitol. She has blamed her COVID-19 diagnosis on the riots and the mainstream media has run with the story. Specifically, she said that Republicans were cruel and refused to wear their masks during the events.
I just received a positive COVID-19 test result after being locked down in a secured room at the Capitol where several Republicans not only cruelly refused to wear a mask but recklessly mocked colleagues and staff who offered them one.https://t.co/wVmgroKsdf

Except that is not entirely true. As always, Democrats give part of the truth with all of the lies.
Jayapal has been diagnosed with the coronavirus, but new evidence has emerged that shows she did not have her mask on at the Capitol. Democrats have said that masks are the key to slowing the spread of the coronavirus. Since that’s the case, Pelosi has mandated them on the House floor and Democrats have argued Republicans are noncompliant.
A Twitter user posted a photo of Jayapal without her mask on. The photo appears from CBS News footage where the Representative was crouching behind a banister with many others.

According to Fox News, Jayapal was holding an escape hood, which is essentially a gas mask. Yet, she did not put it on, nor a face mask or anything else that the Democrats have argued is absolutely critical to the prevention of the spread of coronavirus.
Instead of a solid argument, she is left showing how hypocritical she really is. She wants to blame Republicans for risking her health by failing to wear a mask. Instead, we are provided with more proof that the Democrats are the hypocrites we all knew they were.
