Charlotte, NC — This weekend, The New York Times ran an article that was absolutely sickening. The article was by Elizabeth Dias in which she tried to portray Democrats as amazing Christians that simply have an alternative viewpoint. In the article, the author said that Biden was the “most religiously observant commander in chief in half a century.”
The article continued by sharing that Biden’s version of Christianity was a more liberal Christianity that grounded his life and policy. She says that Biden is less focused on sexual politics and more focused on poverty, climate change, and racial inequality. The author then proceeds to bash white evangelicals for their views over the past four years in the Trump administration.
President Biden is perhaps the most religiously observant commander in chief in half a century. A different, more liberal Christianity grounds his life and his policies. https://t.co/G27AWibfSe

As the article continues, Biden and left-wing radicals like Sen. Raphael Warnock (D-GA) are likened to the Pope. Even though the policies of both directly go against the teachings of Scriptures, we are to believe that they are super religious and an acceptable alternative to evangelical Christianity.
What are we to expect next, a comparison of Joe Biden to Jesus Christ? Will Biden proceed to walk on water in order to show us how great of a Christian he really is?
While Biden may profess the faith of a Catholic, many of his policies go against the teachings of the faith. Catholics are devout pro-life advocates, which Joe Biden is not. Biden is far from a perfect Christian, as NY Times would like to portray him.
This is about so much more than simply being pro-life, or a Christian, however. This is about The New York Times continuing to try to divide the country against Evangelical Christians in an attempt to silence them. They want to create a society where practicing Evangelical Christians are not welcome.
The author goes on to describe the benefits of socialism and how Evangelical Christians should abandon their beliefs in capitalism and a free country, in favor of giving away everything. We should simply give everyone a free income, free housing, free healthcare, and more.
Scripture teaches that we should care for those who are less fortunate, but never once does it teach that we should supply all the needs so no one has to work. Ephesians 4:28 in fact teaches that we should indeed work so that we can help others. Scripture actually teaches various careers that many had during the Bible days.
Scripture also teaches that we should not kill, but that has not stopped the Democrats from supporting abortion. Scripture also teaches that Christians should flee corruption, but that certainly does not appear on the front of Joe Biden’s mind from his dealings in Ukraine and China.
I am by no means trying to state that President Donald Trump was a perfect evangelical Christian, but Joe Biden is far from a perfect religious man. This is an outright attack on evangelical Christians and I do not expect it to stop anytime soon.
Rev. Franklin Graham came under attack this week as well. Thousands were signing petitions for him to be fired because he supported President Donald Trump. They say that it is impossible to be an evangelical Christian and support President Donald Trump. Apparently, it’s also impossible to be an evangelical Christian and oppose socialism.
It’s not easy to be a Christian in America today but luckily there are people like Franklin Graham to make it virtually impossible. https://t.co/kQc95VBWAR

What is happening in our country today is a war on traditional Christianity. Simply put, the Left believes that you are unable to be a Christian and oppose their agenda. To prove yourself as a God-loving Christian, you must accept abortion, socialism, and radical left-wing ideology. Most of that ideology goes directly against Scriptures.
This is not a view of a President or a Democratic Party with an alternative Christian viewpoint. This is the view of the left-wing goal to destroy evangelical Christians and conservative Christians from society.
