Charlotte, NC — “I don’t think the vaccine is safe for anyone, child or adult. My nightmare at night is that our littles might have to endure this because the truth isn’t being spoken about these vaccines,” saidDiane Ochoa, a cancer survivor now suffering from Guillain-Barré syndrome and chronic inflammatory demyelinating polyneuropathy.
Ochoa had an adverse event after taking her second Pfizer shot in April. She said after surviving cancer in 2012 and 2013, she’s “been very cautious” about the medication she consumes and “why in the world I succumbed to this vaccine is beyond me.” Now, she says she’s been in “horrific pain” that is “brutal, torturous, truly torturous,” and she needs assistance to walk. In short, her side effects from the jab are “far worse” than what she went through treating her cancer.
Of course, this is not a unique case. We know there are others injured by the shots fighting hard just to be heard. Will the government, or its propaganda corporate media, ever listen?
These shots are experimental, and all the data coming out suggests they are not “safe and effective” despite the efforts of the propagandists to pound that talking point into our heads.
“There is no evidence that Big Pharma’s Covid ‘vaccines’ are effective and no evidence that they are safe. Indeed, all the evidence is to the contrary. The ‘vaccines’ were rushed into use before they were tested or approved on the basis of the falsehoods that there was a deadly pandemic afoot for which there were no cures,” wrote Paul Craig Roberts.
Still, Joe Biden thinks he can force this experiment on the entire population as the OSHA guidance has been given. And it won’t stop with one jab, it will be continual. The CDC is already suggesting a fourth shot will be needed because of “waning immunity,” which Gov. Ron DeSantis (R-Florida) rightly called “just the tip of the iceberg” as to be deemed “fully vaccinated” under Biden’s dictate will mean submitting to each and every booster the bureaucracy tells you to take.
How can this stand? This is illegal, it’s unethical and it’s immoral. In a free society, such a “mandate” wouldn’t even be thought of, let alone implementation being in motion. A court has frozen the mandate, how long will that last? Time will tell, but Dr. Meryl Nass discussed some of the important information about the absolute corruption behind this mess in a conversation with Dr. Joseph Mercola.
One of the most important things to know is that there are no licensed shots in use. Remember, the mandates were announced shortly after the FDA announced it had “full approved” a Pfizer product, Comirnaty, in August, but Comirnaty is not available to the public.
Nass notes that as the emergency use authorization (EUA) continues, Pfizer is complete immune from liability. And if the jab ever gets put onto the childhood schedule, that immunity will be permanent, even if the so-called “fully approved” vials are in use. In fact, most every medical measure and device being used to treat COVID-19 is under an EUA.
“Yet, on the basis that FDA licensed this product, the federal government is still telling employers that they can mandate it and that they must fire employees that have not taken the vaccine, or they will lose government contracts. We’re in a very interesting situation that is ripe for litigation…. However, the litigation situation has been very difficult since the pandemic began. Cases that normally would’ve been easy wins are being thrown out by the courts, both in the U.S. and in Europe. Something strange has happened and the judges are looking for any way out, so they don’t have to rule on the merits of these cases,” Nass said.
Big Pharma is protected from liability under the 1986 National Vaccine Injury Compensation Program for all vaccines mandated on children to have to go to school, which has been updated to include vaccines recommended for pregnant women in 2016. What should be noted is that prior to that, pregnant women were discouraged from taking any vaccine.
While under an EUA, anyone injured by a shot can only be compensated under the Countermeasures Injury Compensation Program, which is effectively useless, according to Nass. Despite claims being submitted, nobody has been compensated for injuries from COVID jabs.
The committees in the FDA and CDC are all financially tied to the shots, and Nass said: “If they voted against authorizing a vaccine, they would be out of a job. They have no business on that committee … It’s a very unethical stew of advisory committee members.”
Meanwhile, the EUA recently given to jab kids 5 to 11 was a new formulation because Pfizer knows children are at risk for myocarditis. Nass said: “This is grossly illegal. They’ve got a new formulation of vaccine. It wasn’t tested in humans. And they’re about to use it on 28 million American kids.”
“We’ve got a criminal organization running things now. This is a worldwide program of some kind designed to control us. Once we all figure it out, we can win. There’s many, many more of us than there are of them,” Nass said.
