WASHINGTON — The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) shocked Americans who believe in transparency late last month, when it asked for 55 years to fulfill a Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) request seeking “all data and information” related to adverse events and safety and effectiveness of the Pfizer jab.
In the words of Aaron Siri, an attorney with Siri & Glimstad, the FDA has “doubled down” as it now wants 76 years to fully fulfill the FOIA, extending it from 2076 to 2096 now.
Siri & Glimstad are representing Public Health and Medical Professionals for Transparency (PHMPT) which filed the FOIA in August which the FDA never responded to for months prompting the lawsuit that was filed on Nov. 5. The lawsuit from PHMPT wants the documents released in 108 days which is “the same amount of time it took the FDA to review the responsive documents for the far more intricate task of licensing Pfizer’s COVID-19 vaccine,” the original lawsuit states.
By court order, both sides submitted briefs on Dec. 6 with the FDA now seeking an extension from its already absurd request of 55 years. The FDA’s original request was to release 500 pages a month out of 329,000 pages making it 2076.
The FDA’s Dec. 6 filing states it could release 12,000 pages within a couple months but wants the 500 pages a month thereafter, but it now says there are 451,000 pages to release extended full release to 2096.
In the PHMPT Dec. 6 brief, it quotes President Joe Biden and Democrat Senators stating full transparency was necessary for the jabs to be authorized prior to Biden taking office. Biden said in September of 2020: “Only if it was completely transparent and other experts in the country could look at it. Only if we knew all of what went into it.”
PHMPT lawyers wrote in the brief: “The federal government mandating that millions of people be injected with a liability-free vaccine requires complete government transparency — not the government’s suppression of information. PHMPT is comprised of independent scientists working at some of our nation’s premier institutions, and all they are seeking is the data the FDA has already reviewed concerning the Pfizer vaccine in order to provide the necessary peer review. The FDA knows that they, and other independent scientists, cannot properly analyze that data until it is all released. Yet, the FDA wants to wait until most of those scientists are long since dead to fully release the data. News outlets, politicians, and scientists have called the FDA’s position ‘outrageous.’ They are correct.”
Both sides will make oral arguments on Dec. 14 after filing response briefs on Dec. 13.
Regarding the “vaccine” makers being “liability-free,” Siri wrote a piece for Life Site News detailing how much protection the government has given Big Pharma.
“The federal government has given complete immunity to Pfizer, Moderna, and J & J (Johnson & Johnson) for any injury caused by their COVID-19 vaccines,” Siri wrote. “That’s right: you cannot sue them if you are injured by their COVID-19 vaccine …. So, while their product may not give you immunity, they are guaranteed immunity.”
Siri added: “And it gets even worse. These companies are even immune for — hold your breath — willful misconduct. That may sound crazy, but it is shockingly true. You can only sue them for willful misconduct if the federal government first sues them for such conduct.”
Citing the United States Code under the Public Health Service Act, Siri shows the complete immunity the jab makers have.
For Siri, it comes down to freedom and the government does not have the authority to mandate the jabs.
“The lesson yet again is that civil and individual rights should never be contingent upon a medical procedure,” Siri writes. “Never. It is the last and final backstop to the dangerous authoritarianism that results when we permit the government to decide what must be injected or placed into or onto our bodies.”
Siri added: “Whatever your views are on the COVID-19 vaccine itself, every American should reject letting the government decide what medical procedures they must engage in to have a job.”
