NEW YORK — As Democrats spent Sunday across the news outlets attempting to “sell” the idea of their phoney election security, one Democrat-led city showed us exactly what Democrats are wanting to do with our nation.
New York City allowed a new law to go into effect that will allow nearly 1 million non-citizens to vote in municipal elections. NYC is not the first city to do this, but it is the largest.
The Associated Press hailed it as a “watershed moment.” The same article said, “legally documented, voting-age noncitizens comprise nearly one in nine of the city’s 7 million voting-age inhabitants.” Let me put the full picture in place for you.
Democrats are keenly aware that these noncitizens lean heavily toward the Democrats when they vote. This move allows Democrats to essentially place another 10% of votes into their corner in municipal elections, by people who are NOT citizens.
These are not people who have gone through the process to legally become a US citizen. They are here to take part in our great nation but refuse to become part of it.
New York City is not interested in what legal citizens have to say. No, they are most interested in hearing what those who are simply here for a good time have to say.
If you are from Queens, the Bronx, Brooklyn, Manhatten, or Staten Island, the city is not interested in your voice. Because you were either born in New York or decided to legally become a citizen, that is not important. You are vested in the city, but the city is not vested in you.
Before someone tries to call me “phobic” let me clear this up. I have no issues at all with someone that comes to the US, goes through the legal process, and becomes a citizen. I think it is amazing that people want to come here and enjoy the freedom that we have because it is better here than anywhere else in the world.
Just because they are here enjoying the wonderful freedoms that we have, does not mean that they deserve the right to decide what happens in our cities, states, and nation. There are clear pathways to citizenship if they want to become an American and get the right to vote.
This is exactly what Democrats dream of in our nation. They want the right to vote to become meaningless. They want to allow anyone who simply walks into our great nation the right to vote, without any assimilation.
Perhaps we should give them a free USA t-shirt instead of the ability to reshape our nation.
