Charlotte, NC — The latest Project Veritas investigation gave a firsthand look inside a Louisiana healthcare system, United Healthcare (UH), showing the perverse incentives to make everything COVID-19.
This is hardly unknown as the road to COVID-19 tyranny was paved by perverse incentives right from the beginning, but it is valuable to see the firsthand footage showing the proof.
Project Veritas released a video on Wednesday which included undercover footage obtained by whistleblower Jeanne Stagg, who worked in UH’s inpatient utilization management. What she found in her job was patients coming in with gunshot wounds, for planned births, car crash victims and more were labeled as COVID-19 as their “primary diagnosis.”
“I’ve been seeing some cases come over that were coded as COVID-19 that I felt should not have been coded as COVID-19,” Stagg told Project Veritas founder James O’Keefe. “I’ve tried to raise awareness to my leadership, even with the fraud, waste and abuse department and it just kind of fell on deaf ears.”
Audio with Dr. Julie Morial, UH’s chief medical officer, shows Stagg raising the issue with the administration.
“I don’t want to say it’s fraud and abuse, but I mean, should I be reporting stuff like that or letting it go?” Stagg asks Morial who admits these cases shouldn’t be coded as COVID-19. Morial, who says she wouldn’t code them as COVID-19, admitted there was a financial incentive to do so as “the feds are paying for it at this point” under the CARES Act.
Stagg says the hospital is reimbursed within 15 days for COVID-19 patients as opposed to the normal 30 days, and they receive a Medicare rate instead of Medicaid rate which is “significantly higher.” Morial concurred and said: “Maybe that’s driving some of the motivation.”
In the midst of the scamdemic, the Louisiana Department of Health suspended utilization review, Stagg told O’Keefe which is “unprecedented for them to do.”
“It gives the hospitals free reign to admit anything they want, code it however they want, keep the patients in the hospitals as long as they want and we’re not going to deny anything,” Stagg said. She added: “This is dishonest. I don’t know that it’s illegal because it’s being allowed to happen by the CDC (Centers for Disease Control).
Stagg said there is tremendous pressure to test, test, test and test until they get the positive result. She said: “COVID is never going to end until we starting calling out what we see.”
Last month, Project Veritas investigated fraud and abuse regarding administering COVID-19 jabs in New York thanks to a whistleblower named Victoria. She found that residents were going for multiple shots to get gift cards while children and others were being given the wrong dosage.
Victoria worked for DocGo/Ambulanz which was contracted by New York City. She saw people coming in to get five or six times to get jabbed and receive $100 gift cards each time which was seen in undercover video.
Footage shows some nurses and medical staff coaching people on how to get more jabs. Other footage shows admissions that gift cards being handed out were already used with speculation that officials used them then handed them out to the vaxxed.
One nurse, Tina, is seen in a video being asked by someone who received an empty gift card.
Tina says, “go somewhere where it’s, like, extremely busy. I mean, honestly, I wouldn’t keep putting the vaccine in your body.” The patient asks why not which Tina replies: “Because it’s only made for idiots.”
Interesting response. Does she mean the gift card incentive is for idiots or the shots themselves?
This is your tax dollars at work, O’Keefe noting this is funded by the federal government, and Victoria told him: “It’s all about money at the end of the day. They don’t care what happens. And I did not even want to come forward because it’s me against the government. And there are parents that don’t have an income that are using their kids to get that $100 incentive.”
Victoria also obtained undercover footage showing the lack of training that led to children being given the wrong dosage while staff works on hiding the mistakes. She said she addressed the issue with higher ups and was given no support and told to just search for YouTube videos to learn how to dilute shots for kids.
“They didn’t do anything from the beginning, nothing. And everybody feels the same way,” Victoria told O’Keefe. She added: “As a nurse, it is your due diligence to protect your patients. How could I give anything, a medication, and just not report a medication error?”
This, of course, should not come as any shock to people. The fraud has been exposed time and time again over the last two years. Project Veritas itself has exposed corruption in the Department of Health and Human Services, Food and Drug Administration, Anthony Fauci, Johnson & Johnson and Pfizer among others.
