The Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation says it has proof to think so.
According to uncovered evidence, the US military-industrial complex has not only been conducting bat coronavirus-related “experiments” in Ukraine, but has also been attempting to develop bioweapons that selectively target certain ethnicities – all under the guise of “research,” according to Igor Kirillov, head of the Russian Armed Forces’ Nuclear, Biological, and Chemical Protection Troops.
According to uncovered evidence, the US military-industrial complex has been conducting bat coronavirus-related “experiments” in Ukraine, as well as attempting to develop bioweapons that target specific ethnic groups – all under the guise of “research,” according to Igor Kirillov, the Russian Armed Forces’ Nuclear, Biological, and Chemical Protection Troops.
“The available documents confirm numerous cases of the transfer of biological samples of Ukrainian citizens abroad,” Kirillov stated. “With a high degree of probability, we can say that one of the tasks of the United States and its allies is the creation of bioagents that can selectively affect various ethnic groups of the population.”
As reported, Biolabs run by the Pentagon can be found all throughout the world, including in Ukraine.
According to Kirillov, 350 cryo containers containing blood serum samples were moved from Ukraine’s Ministry of Health’s Public Health Center to Australia’s Doherty Institute’s infectious disease reference laboratory. This was carried out under the guise of determining antibody titers.
The Russian Defense Ministry has discovered documentation proving that the United States is in charge of this high-risk biological research in Ukraine. The documents, according to Kirillov, demonstrate that the research was supported by the US Department of Defense.
Under Secretary of State Victoria Nuland revealed that these biolabs exist in a recent appearance before the Senate Foreign Relations Committee, albeit she made sure to refer to them as “research” facilities, never bringing up the term “bioweapons”
Nuland did, however, “indirectly” indicate that the US has been involved in Ukrainian biological research when she stated that Washington, D.C. is “concerned” about Russia taking over the country, according to Kirillov.
“The biological research funded by the US in Ukraine, according to Kirillov, included the projects ‘UP-2, UP-9, UP-10, aimed at studying the pathogens of anthrax and African swine fever,’” reported InfoWars.
“The UP-4 project, in particular, is said to have been in development in laboratories in Kyiv, Kharkov and Odessa, and was scheduled until 2020.”
In addition, Kirillov cited the Pentagon’s interest in mosquito-borne diseases that spread disease throughout an area. The biological laboratory in Kharkov collected and transported 140 containers containing ectoparasites from bats, including fleas and ticks.
“According to the available information, the Americans have already managed to evacuate most of the documentation from the laboratories in Kyiv, Kharkov and Odessa, including databases, biomaterials and equipment to the Lvov Research Institute of Epidemiology and Hygiene and to the American Consulate in Lvov,” Kirillov added.
“It is possible that part of the collection will be moved to Poland.”
Biolabs in Georgia are also working on research employing bats as bioweapon carriers, according to Kirillov. This is very similar to what was going on at the Wuhan Institute of Virology (WIV) in China, where the Wuhan coronavirus (COVID-19) is thought to have originated.
Major General Igor Konashenkov of Russia raised similar reservations about Ukraine’s biotechnology.
In contrast, White House Press Secretary Jen Psaki dismissed all of this as “preposterous.”
“It’s the kind of disinformation operation we’ve seen repeatedly from the Russians over the years in Ukraine and in other countries, which have been debunked, and as an example of the types of false pretexts we have been warning the Russians would invent.”
