On Wednesday, the State of Idaho was awarded custody of 10-month-old Cyrus Anderson with the only case against his parents, Levi and Marissa, being that they cancelled a simple doctor’s appointment where the child was to be weighed. That’s the case.
As previously reported, Baby Cyrus was kidnapped on Friday night by the Meridian Police Department and Child Protective Services (CPS) and his parents, and others, arrested. Baby Cyrus has been held at St. Luke’s Pediatric Hospital in Boise since he was taken from his family.
The decision to award custody to the state and put into a foster home came at the hands of so-called “Judge” Laurie Fortier, according to an update from Baby Cyrus’ grandfather Diego Rodriguez at freedomman.org.
“There are no words to describe the horror that our family has experienced,” Rodriguez wrote. “Unfortunately, from what we’ve heard, this judge is famous for destroying families and ripping children away from their families without evidence.”
Rodriguez added: “Today was what they call a ‘Shelter Care Hearing’ where the court rules what will happen with the child that has been kidnapped. Contrary to ALL EVIDENCE—including a statement from a doctor from St. Luke’s Hospital that Baby Cyrus is medically stable and that there is no reason for him not to be reunited with his parents—and tons more evidence to show that there was no DUE PROCESS, and that the state didn’t have any right to take Baby Cyrus from his parents for only being ‘underweight,’ the judge still ruled viciously against Marissa and Levi.”
An adjudicatory hearing will occur on April 8 when a decision will be made to either keep Baby Cyrus in foster care or return him home to his family, where he belongs.
Rodriguez also noted that a social worker has told the family that Baby Cyrus is “not sleeping well” and “misses his mommy.”
A March 15 letter from a St. Luke’s doctor stated that the hospital staff has not “identified any really serious medical conditions” and that Baby Cyrus should be “medically discharged” to the family, but “it’s really going to be up” to the state whether the family gets its child.

Ammon Bundy, who knows the family, described how wicked the ruling was as he offered some thoughts.
“You don’t really own your children. You think you do,” Bundy said. “If you think you do, if you think you own them, that they’re your children, you’re a damn fool because the state owns them. And they take them when they want, how they want, when they want. So, don’t you dare think that you are the one who has rights to your children. Don’t you dare think that, and don’t even dare act like, in any way, that you do have those rights. We haven’t defended them enough.”
Bundy added: “And now they’re taking our little children, and we can’t even get more than a hundred people there, even during a press conference. I know we had, at the beginning of this, a couple hundred people. But then they petered down to less than a hundred people and everyone forgets about it, goes back home and watches their damn TV and goes back to their life. And that’s how we’ve lost liberty. Well, we deserve it.”
There’s nothing to disagree with there. The government, through CPS, has been kidnapping kids for decades offering them up to medical experiments, and making medical decisions to give death sentences to babies by pulling them off life support without the consent of their parents.
The government snatches kids from homes without warrants or due process at all from loving parents then putting them into the hands of pedophile porn rings at foster homes, like what occurred to an Arizona child who was raped at the foster home.
So, you can go back to your virtue signaling stories in support of oligarchs. You can keep consuming the next story about how Biden or Trump or name your politicians is destroying America or will save America.
The only reality is that the apathy of Americans is what has destroyed this nation. The only thing left to do is pray: God, show mercy on us for our wickedness. Forgive us as we know not what we do.
