It wasn’t until January of 2020 when news starting spreading around the world of the possibility of some so-called “novel coronavirus” creating a pandemic. It wasn’t until February of that year that the name COVID-19 was designated to the “virus” by the World Health Organization.
Yet, the U.S. Department of Defense (DOD) was funding “COVID-19 Research” in November of 2019, and that research was being done in Ukraine. That’s according to USA Spending, a government website tracking spending which shows $3.6 trillion has been spent “in response to COVID-19.”
The Exposé dug into the government website and found the interesting information.
The specific spending in question is a contract with Labyrinth Global Health Inc. which was awarded on Nov. 12, 2019 for “SME Manuscript Documentation and COVID-19 Research,” USA Spending states. That was actually a subcontract as part of a larger contract awarded on Sept. 20, 2012 to Black & Veatch Special Projects Corp. for “Professional, Scientific, and Technical Services,” with all the work done in Ukraine.
Rest easy, though, knowing that Labyrinth is proudly “a women-owned small businesses” dedicated to “multicultural and international organizations.” They’re woke. So, doesn’t that make us all feel better?

Black & Veatch, which is one of the biolab companies linked to Hunter Biden, describes itself as “a global engineering, procurement, consulting and construction company.”
The Exposé also notes that Labyrinth “has been collaborating with Peter Daszak’s EcoHealth Alliance… since it’s formation in 2017.” Just a little friendly reminder on Daszak, he’s the fellow who said in 2015: “We need to increase public understanding of the need for medical countermeasures such as a pan-coronavirus vaccine. A key driver is the media and the economics will follow the hype. We need to use that hype to our advantage, to get to the real issues. Investors will respond if they see profit at the end of the process.”
The 2012 contract with Black & Veatch was through the DOD’s Defense Threat Reduction Agency. Out of the $116.6 million contract was $21.8 million for “biological threat reduction program in Ukraine.”
“Why did the Department of Defense pay a company that is allegedly ‘a global engineering, procurement, consulting and construction company specializing in infrastructure development,’ to help implement a ‘Biological threat reduction program in Ukraine?’” The Exposé asks.
The Exposé added: “And why did both the DOD and said company then pay Labyrinth Global Health INC to carry out COVID-19 research in Ukraine at least one month before the alleged emergence of the novel coronavirus, and three months before it was officially dubbed Covid-19?”
Interesting questions, and this information raises a lot of questions, from the creation of COVID-19 to the American-backed biolabs in Ukraine which we know are home to deadly pathogens as the as the unholy alliance between U.S. health agencies and the Pentagon continue.
But I want to focus on the creation of COVID-19, which the patent record suggests was created in America, by American bureaucrats and funded by American taxpayer dollars.

Last July, I wrote about the theories on the origins of COVID-19. Included was information from Ron Unz showing it was likely a manmade bioweapon manufactured in America and designed to attack China and Iran.
Among the most damning evidence provided by Unz, in my opinion, is that right before the virus began to spread there was a World Military Games held in Wuhan which included 300 American military members who could have been used by the American deep state to release the virus made right here in America, and a Pentagon document appears to have been delivered to our servicemen and those of our allies in the region warning of an imminent viral outbreak in November of 2019.
Unz wrote: “It therefore appears that elements of the Defense Intelligence Agency were aware of the deadly viral outbreak in Wuhan more than a month before any officials in the Chinese government itself. Unless our intelligence agencies have pioneered the technology of precognition, I think this may have happened for the same reason that arsonists have the earliest knowledge of future fires.”
