This was the last thing Biden wanted to happen. Many experts accuse Joe of using our strategic reserves to artificially bring gas prices down in order to score political points at the ballot box. As we all know by now, Dems are in a lot of trouble; as polls show Republicans are surging at the perfect time. You’ll remember, not too long ago, Joe Biden was taking victory lap after victory lap because gas prices came down a bit… they were still too high, by the way, and many say it was his fault. But now that they’re back up, will Joe finally take responsibility?
Don’t hold your breath, folks.
Sooooo.@POTUS took credit for the gas prices falling at one point, but now they’re back up to 6.00 a gallon…. is he gonna take credit for that too or nah?? #Biden #JoeBiden #Bidenflation #LetsGoBrandon

Of course, Peter Doocy cornered KJP about Joe’s new HIGH gas prices and she didn’t know what to say. Suddenly, Joe has nothing to do with “gas prices.” Apparently, it’s very “nuanced.” 🙄
“You’ve said the president was responsible for gas prices coming down. Is the president responsible for gas prices going up?”
KARINE JEAN-PIERRE: “So it’s a lot more nuanced than that.”

This is Ron Klain, Joe Biden’s chief of staff, and one guy who will probably get the boot after midterms.
He’s been a disaster.
He was giving the country day-by-day tweets on how “low” gas prices were going…
Shockingly, we’re not seeing any updated “gas tweets” from Ron.
This is the very last thing Joe and his team of misfits wanted just a month away from midterms.
Well, according to this new report, it’s panic city over at the White House, as gas prices continue to climb. That, mixed with inflation is a real doozy for Dems to overcome at the ballot box. Washington Beacon reported that as gas prices have surged in recent days following a months-long downward trend, the Biden administration is in panic mode to protect Democrats’ electoral prospects in the upcoming midterm elections, according to a Tuesday report from the Washington Post.
The White House has reportedly grilled oil executives in private meetings and threatened to take unprecedented and economically disruptive executive action to bring gas prices down.
The Biden administration may exercise emergency authority to limit gas exports, which would boost domestic supply, according to the Post. Such a move could jeopardize global markets and inflict further pain in Europe, which is facing a more dire energy crisis.
The scramble within the White House to cut consumers’ costs at the pump comes as the midterm elections are just over a month away, and inflation and economic issues are on the top of voters’ minds. The White House has staked much of its claim to competence in economic policy on its job influencing gas prices—when gas prices declined for three months this summer after reaching record highs in June, President Joe Biden touted the “progress” his administration made in working to bring prices down.
Several states expected to play a pivotal role in deciding control of the House and Senate have seen a massive increase in gas prices in the past week. In one week, prices rose 62 cents per gallon in California, nearly 40 cents in Arizona, and more than 40 cents in Nevada, Washington, Oregon and Alaska, according to the Post.
Experts who spoke to the Post attributed the Biden administration’s attempts to influence the gas market to a desire to protect Democrats’ control of Congress.
Joe will just ignore Americans struggling. He doesn’t care about the struggle, he only cares about scoring “political points.” And if there are no points to be earned, he’ll just ignore you.
What a great “leader.”
I hope and pray that he and the Dems get their clocks cleaned so bigly on election day.
