New footage from Mexico shows migrants crowding a train heading toward the United States, as border agents are already overwhelmed with illegal entries.
The video, shared widely Sunday night, shows migrants catching a ride on a cargo train from Zacatecas, Mexico, as the train moves northward.
The clip comes as border agents are already swarmed with migrants attempting to enter the country. Sources told Fox News that they are nearing a “breaking point,” according to reporter Bill Melugin, who said in Eagle Pass, Texas, on Monday, “We witnessed one of the largest mass illegal crossings we have ever seen.”
Reports show there were around 7,000 daily illegal entries at the border this weekend, though that only accounts for the reported numbers.
“We witnessed numerous illegal immigrants dressed in camouflage using ropes to scale the border wall, then run off into the desert without apprehension in Naco, AZ. A smuggler on the wall guided them,” Melugin reported.
