On October 2, Ben Brody, a 22-year-old student from California, filed a lawsuit against the founder of Tesla. This legal action follows the entrepreneur’s accusation to his millions of followers that Brody was involved in an extremist group causing disturbance at an LGBTQ event in Oregon, which Brody vehemently denies. The lawsuit was filed in Travis County, Texas.
