New York, NY — On Sunday afternoon Jemele Hill, a sports journalist for The Atlantic tweeted out, “If you vote for Donald Trump, you are a racist. You have no wiggle room.”

She’s not the first person in the world to tweet something like that. She’s not even the first person in the world to take to Twitter to share about her hate for Donald Trump.
However, by her own logic, her own mother is racist.
In 2017, Hill responded to a user on Twitter and admitted that her own mother voted for President Trump.
yes, my mother voted for trump. she's been voting republican since post bill clinton

In another tweet from 2017, Hill says “Donald Trump is a white supremacist who has largely surrounded himself w/ other white supremacists.”

She has been very vocal about how she feels about President Trump and the people who vote for him. However, what about her own mother? Do these thoughts and beliefs carry the same weight?
By this standard, Hill just implied that she thinks her own mother is a racist and white supremacist just for simply voting for Donald Trump.
