Charlotte, NC — This week, a group of Republican members of the U.S. House of Representatives stood up to tyrant Nancy Pelosi (D-CA), who claims the title of Speaker of the House.
The GOP group, which may be small in numbers at only 10 but large in conviction, have been fined or threatened to be fined for daring to show their faces in the House chamber. They include Reps. Lauren Boebert (CO), Louie Gohmert (TX), Bob Good (VA), Marjorie Taylor Greene (GA), Thomas Massie (KY), Brian Mast (FL), Mary Miller (IL), Mariannette Miller-Meeks (IA), Chip Roy (TX) and Beth Van Duyne (TX).
The fine is $500 for not submitting to the political theater which increases to $2,500 for every subsequent act of full facial nudity.
Massie tweeted out both his first warning from queen Pelosi’s office and then his fine as he filed both in their appropriate location, the trash can. He wrote that Pelosi “sent me another letter. Something about violating her tyrannical and unscientific mask rule. I filed this one in the same location.”
This comes as Pelosi and her fellow Democrats demonstrated their blatant hypocrisy shaking hands and hugging without the face diapers at the White House. Pelosi is no stranger to COVID-19 hypocrisy.
“The way you can tell this is not about the science is that there are Democrat members of Congress, they walk out of the chamber, they tear their mask off and then they go about their business,” Massie said in an interview. “You can only be fined if you’re on camera. If you’re in the chamber of the House or if you’re in a committee, then she’ll slap you with a $500 fine.”
We certainly should welcome this stand from these Congressmen, but it only represents the mask rebellion entering the mainstream. The true leaders all along have been the people and a handful of courageous state lawmakers.
The real leaders against the mask tyrants have been average everyday Americans like those in Idaho who have been willing to face arrest for not submitting to tyranny, or the group of Californians standing up to fascist businesses and their fellow Americans strapping on the mark of the sheep. It’s the father and son embarrassing a local school board as well as 8-year-old Selah doing the same at another school district, both in Florida.
At the state level, we’ve seen some strong stands made. State Rep. Darren Bailey (R) of Illinois, who has since launched a bid in the Republican gubernatorial race, stood up to the mask tyrants in May of last year, just a few short months after the COVID-19 tyranny began.
Bailey was escorted out of a special session of the Illinois General Assembly for not muzzling himself. He said after the 81-27 vote to remove him: “I feel like I’m doing the genuine thing of standing up and representing the people and saying enough is enough.”
A handful of other Republican lawmakers in Illinois said they would take off the mask but chose to obey their spineless, useless GOP “leader” Jim Durkin who voted to remove Bailey, his fellow Republican.
Oregon State Sen. Dallas Heard (R) made probably the strongest statement against the authoritarians last December. Oregon, by the way, maybe leads the way in most authoritarian as the state is pushing to make the mask fascism permanent.
Heard called out the Democrat majority and Gov. Kate Brown for its illegitimacy as it claimed to make law while not allowing the public access to take part in the process. He called it a “campaign of intimidation against the people and children of God.”
“Let the record reflect that I am in fierce opposition to any legislation that this illegitimate assembly may pass today,” Heard said. “You will be held accountable for this in the coming years.”
Heard eventually tore his mask off to give the authoritarians a chance to “decide whether you are fascists willing to use the government to force and override my rights or to prove that you are nothing more than bullies and false authorities.”
“You’ve oppressed the free peoples of Oregon. You’ve said to me, through my caucus leader, that we are being forced to wear these masks today and that your false authority will be enforced against any of us who don’t submit to you,” Heard said. “If you had not done such great evil to my people and had simply asked me to wear this mask, I would have. But you commanded it and therefore, I declare my right to protest against your false authority and remove my mask.”
Last month, Alaska State Sen. Lora Reinbold (R) was banned from Alaska Airlines ultimately for questioning its mask mandate. For Reinbold, the airline is the only one that she can reliably use to travel from Anchorage to the state capitol of Juneau meaning this fascist corporation has unilaterally stripped her constituents of representation.
And this week, Nevada Assemblywoman Annie Black (R) has been told to grabble and ask forgiveness for not submitting to their edicts or not come back.
Black tweeted: “I REFUSED to wear a mask on the floor of the Nevada State Assembly…. Yesterday, I was permanently BARRED unless I apologize to the body…. I will not back down, but I need patriots like you to spread the word.”
Recently, faux “ruler” Biden stated “get vaccinated or wear a mask until you do. The choice is yours.”
No Biden, that’s your false-choice. The real choice is deciding whether you’re free or a slave. That choice is yours.
