Charlotte, NC — President Trump continues to maintain that he is not giving up in the fight to win the 2020 election, even after the mainstream media has moved on and named Joe Biden President-elect. His legal team continues to fight and file cases in states around the country.
The mainstream media only reports on the cases in which Trump loses. They want to drive the narrative that the election is over, but Trump and his team maintain that the election is far from over. In fact, Trump has won two big cases in the fight in just the past two days.
The first came on Tuesday, where a Nevada court ruled the Trump attorneys could present their arguments and evidence of election fraud. The hearing was set for December 3rd, and chief of staff Mark Meadows quickly shared the news.
BIG news in Nevada: a Judge has allowed NV Republicans to present findings of widespread voter fraud in a Dec. 3rd hearing. Americans will now hear evidence from those who saw firsthand what happened—a critical step for transparency and remedying illegal ballots. Stay tuned.

As Meadows indicates, the win allows the evidence to be shared in a court. That evidence is what is critical to the Trump case and the potential to challenge the current vote counts of the election. If the Trump attorneys prove voter fraud, Trump could easily win the state of Nevada, where Trump currently trails by approximately 33,000 votes.
Another big win came on Wednesday when a Pennsylvania judge ordered that the election certification must stop. Previously, Supreme Court Associate Justice Samuel Alito ruled that specific mail-in ballots must be set aside. Now, due to the pending case, the judge is preventing the certification of the election until the case is decided.
This is the appropriate legal action to take in the state, but the Democrats were upset. Soon after the announcement, Democrat Attorney General Josh Shapiro announced that he would be filing a challenge to the Pennsylvania Supreme Court.
The cases continue to make their way through the court, and as I have said all along, the key is evidence. There must be evidence that shows voter fraud existed and in the amounts necessary to overturn the vote deficit that Trump currently finds himself in. One place that I have said I was watching close was Pennsylvania.
Trump currently trails by less than 100,000 votes in the state. On Wednesday, the Pennsylvania State Legislature held a hearing on election issues and irregularities. Trump Attorney Rudy Giuliani started sharing information about a significant spike in votes for Biden, which was questionable based on the results across the state.
The expert explained that the data showed thousands of votes that poured in for Joe Biden, which did not match the statistical averages across the area. It was nearly 600,000 votes for Joe Biden, while there were only 3,200 votes for Trump. You can hear the reaction of the crowd and hear the details in the video below.

The 2020 election is far from over, according to Trump and his attorneys. If they continue to show evidence and anomalies like these, it will continue to solidify their case. Two wins certainly are encouraging and are worth hearing about if you are a conservative amid all the negative reporting of the mainstream media.
