The video depicts an encounter between a tenant, afterwards identified as Ethan Rodriguez, and an individual purporting to be a maintenance worker, who was in fact attempting to unlawfully gain entry into the flat. Perceiving an anomaly, Rodriguez informs the individual that he was not there at his residence.
