A conservative House member who initially pledged support for former President Donald Trump to be the new speaker of the chamber has now revealed that the ex-president will endorse Rep. Jim Jordan for the position. Representative Troy Nehls from Texas, who previously advocated for Trump’s return, has now thrown his support behind Mr. Jordan instead.
