Colorado Supreme Court Bars Trump from 2024 Ballots After Capitol Riot Involvement

In a recent decision, the Colorado Supreme Court has determined that former President Donald Trump will be ineligible to be listed on the state’s ballots for the upcoming 2024 election. This ruling comes as a result of his involvement in inciting the Capitol riot that took place on January 6, 2021. The Colorado Supreme Court’s decision overturns a previous ruling made by a lower court.
