Charlotte, NC — Attorney General Merrick Garland has announced that his Justice Department will launch a radical investigation into Minneapolis policing practices following the Derek Chauvin verdict. Chauvin was convicted of murdering George Floyd in what became a racially charged case across the country. The case led to violent riots, destruction, and death in many areas across the country.
Except Garland is not concerned about those things. In fact, no one on the radical Left has been concerned about violence and destruction at all. If they were, they would have taken action against Rep. Maxine Waters for her recent comments. Instead, they are focused on systemic racism that is nonexistent across police forces in the United States.
In his comments, Garland said that the verdict yesterday did not address the systemic racism that is present in the Minneapolis police force. He said that they will determine if Minneapolis has a pattern of unconstitutional or unlawful policing. In other words, they are going to look for anything they do not like in the police force in Minneapolis and determine it to be racist.
It was only a matter of time before Garland took action to help promote the liberal agenda as part of the Biden administration. As part of his nomination hearing, Garland said that he would keep politics out of his work. He has already proven that was a lie with his actions here.
The move has the potential to help Democrats with their police reform measures they have presented. Law enforcement officers across the country are facing intense scrutiny and ridicule from the Democrats, who say that everyday Americans do not deserve their protection. But those same Democrats certainly enjoy their protection.
Americans must wake up and pay attention to what is taking place. This is not about systemic racism. This is about control and destroying America as we know it.
