Charlotte, NC — “But He giveth more grace. Wherefore He saith, ‘God resisteth the proud, but giveth grace unto the humble.’”—James 4:6
In America, if you support morality, you’re guilty of thought crimes.
Just ask Arthur Goldberg who created the crowdfunding organization Funding Morality which was shut down by the courts in 2019 after a smear campaign by the disgraceful Southern Poverty Law Center. As reported by Life Site News, Goldberg’s fight continues to this day.
On Funding Morality, Goldberg said: “It provided resources for those with unwanted same-sex attractions, pornography, and sex addiction.”
Meanwhile, what’s the Republican Party up to? Well, playing identity politics with the start of a “Pride Coalition.”
Last week, Donald Trump hosted the Log Cabin Republicans, a homosexual organization, at Mar-a-Lago where RNC chairman Ronna McDaniel announced the creation of the “Pride Coalition” stating that the “LGBT community” will “enrich” and provide a “unique perspective” to the party.
“Conservatives in Log Cabin don’t just share our vision for a free, secure and prosperous America — they enrich it by adding unique perspectives to our party and recruiting even more diverse candidates and supporters to join our cause,” McDaniel said because I guess the GOP also embraces the canard of “diversity is our strength.”
“Log Cabin Republicans’ leadership has done a wonderful job inspiring unity and promoting tolerance and inclusion for all,” Melania Trump said.
In response, Tony Perkin said McDaniel “needs to step down” and “has outlived her purpose at the RNC,” according to Life Site News.
“I think it’s time for her to take up something else and leave the party to those who I think can chart a path forward, restore what has been lost, and make sure that the Republicans, the conservatives regain the majority — both in Congress and continue to see victories in states across the nation,” said Perkins, the president of the Family Research Council and a former GOP Congressman from Louisiana. He added: “If the Republicans get this wrong they become a Democrat-lite party, and I think they begin to lose immensely because Republicans disproportionately get their support from social conservatives, they have to be mindful of that and they have to continue to advance a values platform that is consistent with the traditional values that made America great.”
Doug Mainwaring details the so-called “conservative” efforts at normalizing homosexuality. He notes the efforts to promote the “LGBT” community by U.S. Senators Ted Cruz (Texas), Josh Hawley (Missouri) and Marco Rubio (Florida) and U.S. Senate candidate J.D. Vance (Ohio).
The Log Cabin Republicans fully support several elected officials including many who are embraced by conservatives like U.S. Representatives Lauren Boebert (Colorado), Madison Cawthorne (North Carolina), Dan Crenshaw (Texas) and Burgess Owens (Utah).
Manwaring noted an exchange between conservative commentator Matt Walsh, who called out the disturbing “Pride Coalition,” and openly gay Ric Grenell who was Trump’s acting director of national intelligence. Greneel ultimately called Americans with traditional values “uneducated and from the Stone Age.”
Furthermore, a supposedly “conservative” college was announced, the University of Austin which claims to support an “intrepid pursuit of truth” while hiring several openly gay staff members.
“This raises the question: How will The University of Austin teachers and influencers inspire ‘the intrepid pursuit of truth’ when the very public personal lives of its charter staff display a defiant, outright rejection of the most basic of observable, immutable truths: complementarity?
And how will ‘human flourishing’ be promoted when LGBT influence has only served to disassemble the nuclear family, robbing children of life with both a loving mother and father?,” wrote Manwaring.
We’re not talking about simply working with people who happen to be gay, we’re talking about the GOP embracing pride in sinful behavior. We’re talking about Republicans embracing collectivism and accepting the left’s terminology, like “LGBT.” And this just makes the party and the so-called “conservative” organizations that support it irrelevant and hypocritical.
Take Turning Point USA (TPUSA) which last summer kicked out a porn actress, Brandi Love, from an event. Love describes herself as “conservative.” Make no mistake, she’s not. But she rightly called out the move as “hypocritical” stating: “I had just sat through four speakers talking about the evils of cancel culture and censorship … and then was canceled.”
Love called out the hypocrisy of Candace Owens who said: “What was she doing there? Anything that is antithetical to family values is not conservative.”
While Love did not mention this, because she likely has no problem with homosexuality, that’s pure hypocrisy from Owens as she shared a stage with Rob Smith, Charlie Kirk’s right hand man at TPUSA, who describes himself as “a gay, black, conservative, Republican Christian.” Hey Owens, anything that is antithetical to family values is not conservative, right? Kirk himself embraces crossdresser Lady Maga.
Smith, who claims to oppose the “‘outrage culture’ of the left,” made an “I am Trayvon Martin” video in 2012 in which he decried how hard it is to be a black man in America. And remember, George Zimmerman was found to be acting in self-defense when he shot Martin.
Make no mistake, this move by the Republicans is not expanding the base. It’s embracing the destruction of family values and provides support to the gay gestapo.
