Supreme Court issues ruling. Businesses win while healthcare workers lose

WASHINGTON — The Supreme Court has put the brakes on Joe Biden’s vaccine mandate for employers. In a 6-3 ruling, the majority determined that the Biden regime overstepped its authority in mandating the vaccine or testing requirement on US employers and employees.

The court determined that OSHA has never had the authority or issued a vaccine mandate in the past. The ruling would have affected over 80 million Americans, many who are relieved to no longer be under the mandate.

While this is good news for businesses, the news was not so good for healthcare workers.

The Court allowed the mandate on healthcare workers to proceed. The ruling will affect essentially all healthcare workers in the nation.

Many large healthcare organizations had already proceeded with mandates on their employees, with many facing terminations for declining the vaccine. With the news of the Supreme Court ruling, many large healthcare organizations are expected to announce their plans in the coming days.

The Biden administration has not responded to the announcement as of yet. The ruling strikes Biden and the COVID narrative a significant blow.

Biden and the radical left have maintained that vaccines are the only way to end the COVID pandemic. The latest strain, Omicron, has proven to breakthrough vaccines. The left has shifted its talking points in recent weeks on the ability of vaccines to cure or stop the pandemic due to this.
