Democrat hopefuls for the 2020 Presidential nomination are out in force campaigning in New Hampshire. Their focus shifted quickly after the Iowa primary, with Bernie Sanders even skipping the State of the Union address to campaign for the nomination. Yet, as we look at these Democrats, the question remains. How can we trust any of these people? It’s worth a closer look because one of these people will be on the ballot to potentially be President. I am only going to focus on the top 4 candidates in the polling in New Hampshire.
First, we have to look at the current front runner Bernie Sanders. Bernie is the king of everything free. Back in the 2016 primary, he made multiple proposals that other candidates, such as Elizabeth Warren, have taken to run with. He is a proponent of free healthcare, free tuition, free housing, free jobs and so many other free things that we cannot keep count. These communist policies are the exact reason Sanders is dangerous.
Sanders will say that socialism is great, specifically democratic socialism. He claims that democratic socialism is far superior to communism. As he will explain, this is not a desire to full government control, just government restrictions. He also praised the USSR and their free healthcare and housing back in the 80’s. Unfortunately, this is not how democratic socialism works.
The second candidate to look at is Sanders new competition since Iowa, Pete Buttigieg. All along we thought Biden or Warren may be Bernie’s biggest issue, but it turns out that it’s actually Pete Buttigieg. Mayor Pete is one of the lesser known candidates, but it’s easy to learn all you need to know about him in a few minutes of reading. He has openly attacked Christians and others who may stand against his lifestyle. Some try to say that Pete is not a radical and will be a great alternative to Sanders or Warren. But that’s not the case.
Pete Buttigieg touts a Medicare For All plan, but adds the tagline “for all who want it.” He supports free tuition, with a cap on high income earners. He supports free housing initiatives just like Sanders and Warren. He supports gun bans, restrictions on religious beliefs that do not agree with societal demands and every other initiative of the “socialists.” Aside from age, the only difference in Sanders and Buttigieg is that Buttigieg pains a rosier picture when he speaks.
Our third candidate is Elizabeth Warren. Warren is no stranger to our writings as we have discussed her many times. She shares the same socialist ideals as her friend Bernie Sanders. Both feel that the wealthy in this country is a problem. They both feel private business and personal success is an issue. For the sake of time, I will not go in depth into her policies. You can simply read the Bernie Sanders summary above and it’s all the same.
The last candidate is Ole Joe Biden. Poor sleepy Joe has went from front runner to nearly out of the race after Iowa. He is struggling to gain any traction and continues to face issues from the current Trump administration. Why? Because Joe Biden is probably the only candidate who could beat President Trump head to head. Yet, the left has turned their back on Ole Joe in favor of pandering mindlessness.
Joe Biden continues to make statements across the campaign trail that are giving him issues. He simply cannot get out of his own way. Biden has made some missteps in his campaign, in his attempts to combat the radicals. He’s transitioned policy and struggled to share clear thoughts. He is definitely showing his age compared to the other older candidates.
Now that we have looked at all of them I ask, how could we trust them? Not one single candidate from this group appears to have American’s interests in mind, unless you refer to it as free stuff. The only solution that the Democrats have is to give everything away for free. Every campaign is “vote for me I’ll give you free stuff!” But this is not what our country is about. We are a nation that has been built on hard work and dedication to making lives better.
Our nation is filled with people who share stories of how their parents worked hard to give them a better life. In turn, they continue to work hard to provide a better way for their children. My personal story is no different. This is what America was all about, until now. We have a party that is focusing on how they can give everything you and I own away for free. They’ve forgotten that they are here to serve ALL Americans.
If you are anywhere remotely on the fence about any of these candidates, I hope you realize that they are all dangerous and cannot be trusted. Their only solution is to take everything you have and give it to others. It is not just one, but it is all of them! Aside from Buttigieg, they are all just a group of old white people that want to live off your hard work. Buttigieg is no different, he just packages it in a younger form. These Democrats are dangerous and cannot be trusted!
