Pittsburgh, PA – In Pennsylvania, Democrats are already starting the discussion about excuses for prolonging the November election. It comes as the state is preparing for it’s primary election on June 2nd. According to Politico, a Democrat leader and Board of Elections chair claims the state lacks funding to handle the vote by mail option that was signed into law by the Governor.
This highlights the continued calls by Democrats to have a vote by mail solution in place before November. Congressional Democrats have demands to establish new funding measures to aid with mail in voting. It was in the Heroes act and has been in multiple other bills that have been proposed.
I discussed security issues with vote by mail In a recent podcast. I talked about how the measure was included in the Heroes act, but cited several instances where there was election issues with mail in balloting. There’s another issue here that must be looked at, however.
The Democrat leader that was interviewed in the article is already indicating that election results may linger long after the November election due to issues in counting votes. The official also cited a concern that Republicans may cite election issues if Trump were to lose because of miscounted votes.
Politico highlights some of the issues. Ballots were sent to the wrong districts. Ballots have not been mailed to the appropriate people. In some districts, ballots have not been mailed at all. It continues to highlight all the concerns with voting by mail.
Anyone that is a registered voter will receive the application for a mail in ballot and must return it to receive one. Someone could receive the application and fill it out on behalf of someone. They could even vote on behalf of the person with the ballot as well. Does that not seem like an issue?
Democrats see vote by mail as a method for winning the election against Trump. They will push for ballots for any registered voter without any restrictions. This will lead to hundreds of cases of voter fraud. This voter fraud could easily lead to the election of Joe Biden.
It would also lead to a lot of potential legal issues as well. If you thought the “hanging chad” incidents of 2000 were bad, this could be much worse. The prolonged legal battles may hold the official election results for months.
Just over 5 months ahead of the election, Democrats are already making excuses for attempts to delay the election. Rather than being focused on the country as it stands right now, the focus is on how they can steal an election in November.
