Charlotte, NC — In the continued saga of social media giants silencing conservatives, Facebook has started placing restrictions on more conservative sites. The Liberty Loft was placed under a restriction by the social media giant on Saturday, restricting the organization’s page and the owner’s personal page. The restrictions were set in place to last one week.
The restrictions were said to no longer allow the sharing of articles from The Liberty Loft page by the organization. The organization has worked with many Facebook groups on permission to post articles in those groups. This did not appear to sit well with Facebook as it decided to restrict them.
The Liberty Loft has filed an appeal with the organization citing the approval from the groups. The organization was notified of the restriction early Saturday morning, immediately appealing with no response from Facebook. The Liberty Loft then made the announcement Saturday evening due to no response on their social media pages.
Social media giants have continued war on conservatives for the past several years. Recently, several pro-Conservative groups have found that their pages and ads have been blocked by the tech giant. Twitter has imposed similar blocks and bans on conservatives, leading many conservatives to flee to other social media outlets. This continued violation of our freedom of speech cannot be tolerated.
The Liberty Loft is committed to providing conservative news and opinion in as many distribution points as possible. The articles can be found on The Liberty Loft website, the NewsBreak App, Whatfinger, Facebook, Twitter, Parler, Instagram, Pinterest, and many more places.
We will continue to keep you updated on the latest developments in this situation. We are unsure how long the appeal process will take, but we ask that all of our readers help us in sharing our content over the next week to make sure we reach everyone we can. Thank you for your help and support!
