Detroit, MI — Republican lawyers went back to court on Thursday in Michigan seeking additional audits of election results. It is part of the continued fight against election fraud and corruption by President Trump, the Trump campaign, and patriots across the country. One lawyer submitted a unique idea.
Detroit city attorney David Fink said that Republicans were attempting to use the court in an improper way. He requested that the judge not only deny the request but also grant sanctions on Republicans because he said the legal challenges must stop.
Trump attorneys argued that it should not be viewed as threatening to ask that constitutional rights are upheld. Yet, to the left, that is exactly how they feel. They feel that their power and their ability to move our country to a socialist nation will be threatened if Republicans are granted their rights.
Just as the attorney asked for in Michigan, the push across the country is for sanctions on the cases brought by Republicans. The ABC News article is calling for judges to say “enough is enough” and sanction those bringing the legal challenges.
The opportunity is there for them to impose financial implications on anyone bringing charges, but that seems unlikely. Even the ABC News article says that it seems unlikely given the independent nature of the courts. Courts are supposed to be impartial of politics, even though they are more political than ever in recent days.
The fact that Democrats want to remove the ability for Republicans to fight to defend their rights in court over the election should give conservatives everywhere a glimpse at the future.
Biden has made no secrets about his agenda. He wants to remove gun rights, individual rights, and religious rights through his progressive agenda. While the left tries to hide the plans behind titles and eloquent words, the socialist agenda is alive and well with Biden.
Democrats will not stop with a simple fight over the election, but they will use any means necessary to remove your rights and destroy your freedoms. They simply do not care about the Constitution or American liberty.
Fortunately, those lower courts are not the final say on legal matters. Trump and his attorneys will continue to fight and have made no secrets about their mission to get the election in front of the Supreme Court. They are aware of the majority they have on the Supreme Court and that it could be favorable if they make a convincing case.
