Charlotte, NC — The Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) has told businesses they will be held liable for any adverse reaction to a COVID-19 vaccine if they require employees to take the shot.
The COVID-19 jabs remain experimental with only emergency authorization use from the Food and Drug Administration (FDA). It has led to the largest number of vaccine-related deaths ever recorded by the Centers for Disease Control (CDC) in its Vaccine Adverse Event Reporting System (VAERS).
“We’re sitting on, right now, the biggest number of vaccine deaths, there’s been tens of thousands of hospitalizations, all attributable to the vaccine, and going strong,” said Dr. Peter McCullough who is the most cited doctor from the National Library of Medicine regarding COVID-19 treatment.
The medical experiment is also for a virus that still has yet to be proven to exist, according to investigative journalist Jon Rappoport who has stated scientists have still not isolated the COVID-19 virus.
The Free Thought Project reported on the news from OSHA which included the agency’s frequently asked questions (FAQ) regarding the vaccine mandates.
“If you require your employees to be vaccinated as a condition of employment (i.e., for work-related reasons), then any adverse reaction to the COVID-19 vaccine is work-related,” OSHA states.
Businesses can recommend employees receive the shot and even help arrange for shots to be given without facing liability, but it “must be truly voluntary,” according to OSHA.
“Note that for this discretion to apply, the vaccine must be truly voluntary,” OSHA states. “For example, an employee’s choice to accept or reject the vaccine cannot affect their performance rating or professional advancement. An employee who chooses not to receive the vaccine cannot suffer any repercussions from this choice. If employees are not free to choose whether or not to receive the vaccine without fearing adverse action, then the vaccine is not merely ‘recommended’ and employers should consult the above FAQ regarding COVID-19 vaccines that are a condition of employment.”
While businesses who require their employees to take the jab face liabilities, the makers of the shots have immunity from liability.
As Rappoport wrote in 2013: “In the most litigious country in the world, you can’t sue a vaccine manufacturer for harm. You can sue everyone else from a garbage collector to a diamond merchant to a football league to an investment broker to a worm farmer to a plastic-bag company, but you can’t sue a vaccine manufacturer. The government won’t let you.”
The vaccine makers, who do not operate in a free market system, have raked in billions of dollars thanks to former President Donald Trump’s “operation warp speed.” Trump funneled tens of billions of American taxpayer dollars to the pharmaceutical industry which has led to nine new billionaires, mostly foreign.
The top two newest billionaires are Moderna’s Stephane Bancel of France and BioNTech’s UgurSahin of Germany. Three new Chinese billionaires, with CanSino Biologics, have been created thanks to the American taxpayers and Trump.
The American taxpayers are also on the hook to pay for any payments to those who have been harmed by the pharmaceutical industry under the National Vaccine Injury Compensation Program (NVICP), the “vaccine court” that was created in 1986. The NVICP places a higher burden of proof on petitioners than traditional courts, does not allow a right to a jury trial and severely limits the amount that a petitioner can receive if they’ve been harmed: “Compensation covers medical and legal expenses, loss of future earning capacity, and up to $250,000 for pain and suffering; a death benefit of up to $250,000 is available.”
Any compensation from the NVICP is paid by the American taxpayers, not the pharmaceutical companies, through the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services.
The NVICP was one of the earliest actions made by Anthony Fauci in his role as director of the U.S. National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases.
“I think Fauci has a very unique role,” Robert F. Kennedy Jr., chairmen of the Children’s Health Defense, said earlier this year. “He has really driven the pharmaceutical paradigm and obliterated the science and democracy when it comes to pharmaceuticals. He’s turned that agency from an agency that was created to do basic science, to find out where these epidemics of chronic disease are coming from. Since he took over in (1984), chronic disease has increased from 12.8 percentof the US population to 54 percent. He has not been a success. He has been an abject failure.”
Cases of autism have jumped from 1-in-10,000 to 1-in-34 and food allergies from 1-in-1,200 to 1-in-12 under Fauci, according to Kennedy. Asthma, arthritis and autoimmune diseases have skyrocketed and Fauci “doesn’t allow that science to be done.”
Kennedy added: “He turned that agency into an incubator for pharmaceutical products. That’s all they do. He’s got $6 billion of his own and $1.6 billion that he gets from the Pentagon through DARPA, and all he does is develop new drugs and gets us addicted to them. Now, under his watch, we take more drugs than anybody in the world, we paid the highest prices for them and we have the worst health outcomes, and that is all Tony Fauci.”
