Matt Gaetz, a Republican, is prevented from entering Hunter Biden’s laptop into the Congressional Record by a Democratic lawmaker.
Immediately after the request was made, Nadler, a Democrat, objected to the move and announced he was blocking the request “pending further investigation.”
Gaetz attempted to get the contents of Biden’s infamous laptop placed into the official Congressional Record on Tuesday after interrogating FBI Cyber Division associate director Bryan Vorndran. Nadler, a Democrat, objected to the proposal almost immediately and said that he would stop it “waiting further investigation.”
Translation: the laptop is going to disappear.
After Vorndran’s testimony in which he claimed he didn’t “have any information about the Hunter Biden laptop,” despite his position as assistant direction of the Bureau’s Cyber Division, Gaetz pivoted his line of questioning to announce that he is seeking “unanimous consent to enter into the record of this committee, the contents of Hunter Biden’s laptop.”
Nadler said he “object[s] pending further investigation,” at which point Gaetz asked, “What’s the basis of that objection?”
“It was a unanimous consent request and I object pending further investigation … It may very well be entered into the record after we look at it further,” replied Nadler, ending the conversation.
The validity of the Biden laptop was ultimately confirmed by the mainstream publication, The New York Times, earlier this month, after the story was previously dismissed as “Russian disinformation” by mainstream media and government during the 2020 presidential election.
The key individual behind the campaign to make the Biden laptop known to the public has been Jack Maxey, a former co-host of Steve Bannon’s War Room show and a member of LifeSite’s Faith & Reason. According to him, the contents of the laptop are important not just for putting Hunter Biden’s alleged wrongdoing in context, but also for putting his father, US President Joe Biden, in context.
Maxey told LifeSiteNews’ John-Henry Westen that many government agencies, including the FBI, knew “everything that’s in this [laptop] for now almost a year and a half,” but didn’t tell the American people about it during an election cycle when one of the main candidates was compromised by the information.
Maxey revealed some of Hunter Biden’s moral corruption in his talk with Westen, including how his family failed to report him to police for alleged sexual and child abuse. He also described how the laptop provides “a grim look” into the pressure the Biden family put on Hunter to “monetize Joe Biden’s office.”
This monetization has taken the form of, according to Maxey,
In effect, Maxey claims that the “true threat” to America is that “Joe Biden is not in charge of the country,” but rather is a stooge of the intelligence establishment, which kept the contents of the laptop hidden from the public.
