Washington, D.C. – A new warning suggests that cyber attackers are attempting to steal data related to the coronavirus. The report is a joint report between the United States and United Kingdom. Sky News reports that the US-UK report details how labs are being targeted by attackers from China, Russia and Iran specifically.
Many of the labs that are involved in researching potential vaccines for coronavirus are being attacked. Each of these states would have significant interest in obtaining this data.
CNN was quick to place the blame on President Trump and his placing blame on China. The left-wing media has resisted any placing of blame on China, choosing to become Chinese apologists instead.  Trump and other administration officials have said the blame lies directly on China.
Many businesses have seen increases in cyber attacks during the coronavirus pandemic. There have also been many warnings about personal cyber attacks during the crisis as well. This is the first reported case attacking the coronavirus labs.
